We have downloaded the trial version to check it will do what we require. I have managed to import emails from an Excel txt document (as it wouldn't recognize a CSV document). But it will not import first and second names. Does this only work in the full version or are we doing some thing wrong? Once sorted we will purchase a copy as I don't want to do all this again!

The official website of Perfect Emailer is no longer available. The developers are no tin the business anymore which means that the software is now discontinued.
I would advise reinstalling the software and running as Administrator, but I doubt it will fix anything. However, look in the installation directory of the software to see if there is guide on how to import the files.
You can find additional programs on the following database. Simply download and test an application that will suit your needs.
